Yes. You can try Aha! Develop directly from an Aha! Roadmaps account (or vice versa) free for 30 days. Enable the trial within your account at any time or send an email to support@aha.io and we can enable it for you.
We know your product development data is extremely important to you and your business, and we take protecting is seriously. After all, our own roadmaps and the roadmaps of thousands of other companies are hosted with Aha! as well. This is why every Aha! plan includes secure network communications over HTTPS and data encryption at rest. Read more about how we protect your data.
Your trial account is your permanent Aha! account and all your data and integrations will remain intact. Your Aha! administrator can go to the Billings section in your account setting, choose one of our plans, and sign up. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to select an annual plan and be invoiced. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire.
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Monthly plans are paid by credit card. Choose an annual plan for a discount and the option of invoice billing. Contact us at support@aha.io to set up invoicing.
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments. And you can also upgrade from from one plan to another and add on other Aha! products. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to make a change.
You can add or remove users at any time. If you add users, you will be billed the prorated amount immediately, not on the next recurring bill.
Yes, the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, number of users in the account, and a modest cost-of-living annual adjustment. The price increases three percent annually to help offset our own costs rising and to help us continue to support people in need through Aha! Cares.
Aha! Ideas Essentials is part of every Aha! Roadmaps plan. This is because crowdsourcing feedback is vital to understanding and building what customers want. You can upgrade your Aha! Roadmaps account to include Aha! Ideas Advanced. It can be added to any annual plan for $20 per user per month or to any monthly plan for $25 per user per month. (The Startup pack is exempt.) Everything in the Aha! Notebooks Advanced plan is included in other Aha! products at no additional cost.
