Aha! Notebooks pricing

After you sign up for your Aha! Notebooks trial, you get access to all Advanced plan features for 30 days. You can invite all of your colleagues to your trial and share documents with anyone. After your trial is over, purchase any of the plans.

Of course. You do not need a credit card to start your 30-day trial, so you can try Aha! Notebooks without any obligation.

All Aha! products — Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, and Aha! Develop — include the functionality in the Aha! Notebooks Essentials plan by default. If you want a separate Aha! Notebooks account for your personal use, you will need to use a different email address.

Your trial is your permanent Aha! Notebook account and all your data will remain intact. When you are ready to purchase, go to Settings —> Account —> Billing, choose one of our plans, and sign up. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire and data may be deleted.

Aha! Notebooks Essentials includes all the features you need to manage notes, whiteboards, and tasks in one place. Aha! Notebooks Advanced includes unlimited workspaces — so different teams can work together in one account. It also includes unlimited AI drafting and custom note and whiteboard templates.

We offer both monthly and annual billing options for Aha! Notebooks paid plans. Choose the annual plan for a discount. Both are paid by credit card directly within your account. Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments. You can also upgrade from the Essentials plan to the Advanced plan at any time. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to make a change.

Yes — the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, number of users in the account, and a modest cost-of-living annual adjustment. The price increases three percent annually to help offset our own costs rising and to help us continue to support people in need through Aha! Cares.

All Aha! products — Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, and Aha! Develop — include the functionality in Aha! Notebooks Advanced by default. You can also start a free trial of Aha! Notebooks as a standalone product.

You can add Aha! Notebooks Advanced users to any Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise or Enterprise+ plan for $18/user/month or to any monthly plan for $24/user/month. This enables those those users to view, edit, and create documents in selected workspaces.

For users that also need complete visibility into certain workspaces in your Aha! Roadmaps account, the Aha! Notebooks Advanced+ plan is available for $27/user/month or to any monthly plan for $36/user/month. Contact us at support@aha.io for more information.

A document refers to any note or whiteboard in your Aha! Notebooks account.

A workspace is a dedicated space for organizing notes and whiteboards. The Essentials plan includes a personal workspace for individual use. The Advanced plan includes unlimited workspaces — so different teams can work together in the same account.

You can share documents with anyone by copying and sending out a link. New Aha! Notebooks users will need to their own Aha! Notebooks account to access the link. The link will expire after five days if it is not opened. You can enable or disable sharing at any time.

Existing Aha! users will see the link in the Shared with me section of their account. Trial users will be able to view shared documents and create their own until their account expires.

When you share a document, you can control whether it is view only or if it can be edited. Once shared, you will see a list of everyone who has access and can change individual sharing permissions.

Aha! Notebooks includes an AI-powered writing assistant for drafting and refining documents. The Essentials plan includes 100 AI drafts per month while the Advanced plan provides unlimited drafting.
