After you sign up for your Aha! Ideas trial, you get access to functionality in the Advanced plan free for 30 days (including the integrations). You can invite all of your colleagues to your trial as well. After your trial is over, you can purchase any of the plans.
Yes. A credit card is not required to start your 30-day trial, so you can try Aha! Ideas without any obligation.
Your trial is your permanent Aha! Ideas account and all your data and integrations will remain intact. Your Aha! administrator can go to Settings Account Billing, choose one of our plans, and sign up. Contact us at support@aha.io if you want to select an annual plan and be invoiced. If you decide not to purchase, your account will expire.
All Aha! Roadmaps plans include Ideas Essentials. If you would like to trial the additional functionality in Ideas Advanced, contact us support@aha.io and we can enable it in your existing Aha! Roadmaps account for 14 days.
We know your ideas data is extremely important to you and your business, and we take protecting it seriously. After all, we manage feedback and requests from our own customers with Aha! You can add or remove users at any time. If you add users, you will be billed the prorated amount immediately, not on the next recurring bill.
Yes, the price you pay changes based on the plan you select, number of users in the account, and a modest cost-of-living annual adjustment. The price increases three percent annually to help offset our own costs rising and to help us continue to support people in need through Aha! Cares.
Ideas Essentials is part of every Roadmaps plan. This is because crowdsourcing feedback is vital to understanding and building what customers want. You can upgrade your Roadmaps account to include Ideas Advanced. It can be added to any annual plan for $20 per user per month or to any monthly plan for $25 per user per month. A reviewer is a user who can see ideas data in workspaces they have been given permission to view. They can also comment on, create, and complete to-dos. It is a perfect way to increase visibility across your organization by engaging management and internal teams. This role requires a paid seat.
